At Quirksmith, we want you to love your unique handcrafted pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewelry remains in its original, unworn condition with the security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Choose a convenient time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
